We built long-standing partnerships with Hispanic food distributors to ensure freshness and authenticity. It took persistence, but we now carry a wide range of refrigerated and frozen items like pupusas, chorizo, and tropical fruits that are staples in our culture.

As our reputation spread, we started welcoming not only Hispanic customers, but also locals who wanted to explore and appreciate our culture. We took pride in educating them about our spices, drinks, snacks, and traditional dishes.
